Take Action - Abortion is Essential

If you’re outraged, you’re not alone – Turn your anger into action

This is a critical moment for reproductive rights. Half the U.S. states are poised to ban abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned in our case before the U.S. Supreme Court, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. This would leave millions without access to essential healthcare. More than ever, we—the majority who believe abortion is essential—must act to protect our freedom to make decisions about our health, our families, and our futures. Use this toolkit as guidance on what to do right now.

Abortion is a Human Right

If #Roe is overturned, let’s be clear about who it would hurt the most. Abortion restrictions and bans fall hardest on people who already face discriminatory obstacles to health care: people of color, people with disabilities, people in rural areas, young people, immigrants, and those having a tough time making ends meet.
We MUST keep fighting for a future where abortion isn’t just legal, but also accessible, affordable, and supported in all of our communities, everywhere.
Abortion is a HUMAN RIGHT. #AbortionIsEssential

Abortion bans fall hardest on people who already face discriminatory obstacles to health care—Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, women, the LGBTQI+ community, people with disabilities, people in rural areas, young people, undocumented people, and those having difficulty making ends meet.
