U.S. Supreme Court Opinion: June Medical Services v. Russo

The U.S. Supreme Court issued its ruling in a major abortion case, June Medical Services v. Russo, on June 29, 2020, striking down Louisiana’s abortion restriction and affirming the strong legal standard used by courts for decades to determine the constitutionality of abortion laws.
