Historians Amicus Brief in Zurawski v. State of Texas

Amici argue that the right to an abortion to preserve life and health is deeply rooted in both the legal and medical traditions of the U.S. and Texas. They document Texas’s history and tradition, including its legislative history, medical guidance, and enforcement practices, of supporting this constitutional right.
