Center Holds Panel on Using the Force of Law to Transform Beijing’s Commitments into Reality
WHAT: Panel presentation and open discussion on legal strategies for implementing the reproductive rights commitments of the Beijing Platform for Action adopted ten years ago at the Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing.
Panelists will discuss their work within national legal systems, as well as within regional and international human rights systems, to help transform global commitments to women’s reproductive rights into tangible guarantees and remedies.
