Topeka Capital-Journal: New lawsuit attacks abortion clinic rules

“Two Kansas doctors have expanded their legal attack on state regulations for abortion providers.

Dr. Herbert Hodes and his daughter, Dr. Traci Nauser have filed a lawsuit in the state court system. Attorney Bonnie Scott Jones said Wednesday that the doctors are trying to protect rights guaranteed under the state constitution. The two doctors perform abortions at their offices in Overland Park. They filed a lawsuit in federal court in June, and a judge has put state regulations on hold until that lawsuit is heard.” Read the complete story on the Topeka Capital-Journal website >,
