Diana Kasdan, the Center’s Director for Judicial Strategy, will be one of the speakers at the Brennan Center for Justice’s live two-day event, “The Promise and Limits of State Constitutions,” on February 8 and 9 at the NYU School of Law in New York. At the conference, you’ll hear from judges, academics, and lawyers as they explore the nuances and importance of state constitutional law.
On Friday, February 9, Kasdan will speak on the “Reproductive Rights in State Constitutional Law” panel at 1:00–2:15 p.m.
