Rodney joined the Center in 2019 as the Office Coordinator. He plays an integral role in the maintenance and operation of the Washington D.C. office in support of teams housed in the D.C. office.
Rodney came from 850 West End Corp in New York where, for the last seven years, he served as the Building Manager. In this role, Rodney oversaw all aspects of the daily operation of the building, including managing a staff of 10, overseeing building safety and maintenance, as well as the building budgets and vendor relationships. Prior to his time at 850 West End Corp, Rodney worked for six years at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor.
Rodney received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Columbia University.
