Paul Rudy worked for TCN as an onsite tech consultant at the Center from 1998 to 2005. , In 2005, TCN changed its focus away from providing technical support and Paul was hired full time by the Center as the Network Administrator. Paul earned a BA in Computer Science from Queens College in 1994. Before his work at the Center, he was a Help Desk Technician at UNOPS for four years
