Alexandra Willingham
U.S. Litigation Fellow
Alexandra joined the Center as a U.S. Litigation Fellow in 2023 and assists with all aspects of the Center’s U.S. litigation.
Before joining the Center, Alexandra served as a law clerk to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Allyne R. Ross of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She previously worked as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and interned for Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
Alexandra received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, Kirkwood Moot Court Vice President and best oralist, president of Stanford’s If/When/How Chapter, editor-in-chief of Stanford’s Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, and an editor for the Stanford Law Review. Alexandra graduated Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors from Swarthmore College with a degree in History.
