Emma Letcher, Associate, Pro Bono Services
Emma joined the Center in 2020, and is responsible for providing administrative support to the pro bono services team.
Prior to joining the center Emma worked as a Program Assistant for Malaika, an NGO based in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where she provided administrative and programmatic assistance to support the organizations mission of empowering Congolese girls and their communities through education and health programs. She studied abroad in Israel and Palestine where she focused on Arabic and politics, and had the opportunity to travel to Jordan and Lebanon to continue learning Arabic. She is passionate about accessible public health initiatives and conducted fieldwork in Malta for her senior thesis to learn more about initiatives to help individuals living with dementia.
Emma graduated from The New School for Liberal Arts in New York City with a BA in Anthropology and Interdisciplinary Sciences.
