Veto Letter to MT Governor Brian Schweitzer: Senate Bill 97

Read the Center for Reproductive Right’s letter to Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer urging him to veto Senate Bill 97 that would invade minor’s privavcy, restrict young women’s access to essential reproductive healthcare, and put some minors in danger by requiring physicians to notify a parent of any minor under the age of sixteen seeking an abortion 48 hours before the procedure.
