Trump’s Health Secretary Pick Threatens Women’s Care

Nancy Northup, president and CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights, spoke with Rachel Maddow about concerns that Rep. Tom Price, who is slated to be Donald Trump’s Secretary of Health and Human Services, will make it harder for women to get health care.

A fierce opponent of the Affordable Care Act and of Planned Parenthood funding, Price “is about taking away health care, not promoting it, and it makes him an inappropriate choice,” Northup stated.
