Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma order on Personhood ballot initiative
On April 30, 2012, the Oklahoma Supreme Court issued a unanimous order stating that Initiative Petition 395 was “clearly unconstitutional,” citing Planned Parenthood v. Casey, and could not be added to the state ballot in November.
