On March 4, the Supreme Court will hear the next major abortion rights case, June Medical Services v. Gee. The stakes are incredibly high—this case could shape the future of abortion access in the U.S. The law we are challenging would force every clinic except for one to shut down in Louisiana and further embolden other states to pass similar laws.
Please join us and thousands of our allies at the U.S. Supreme Court for a rally to show your support for abortion access! We must make our voices heard and combat the ongoing assault on abortion across the country.
About the case: The Center for Reproductive Rights is challenging a deceptive and medically unnecessary Louisiana law that aims to shut down clinics and deny access to abortion care. The Louisiana law is identical to a Texas law struck down by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional in the Center's 2016 case, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt.
