Shadow Letter on the Holy See to the Committee against Torture

The Center prepared this letter to assist the Committee against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT Committee) during the 52nd Session in its review of the Holy See’s compliance with the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (Convention against Torture) and the adoption of its Concluding Observations.
