Webinars Mark Roe’s 50th Anniversary
Register for these events to hear from Center attorneys and other experts about reproductive rights post-Roe.

Sunday, January 22 would have marked the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the ruling in which the U.S. Supreme Court recognized and protected the right to abortion under the 14th Amendment’s right to liberty. But in June 2022, the Court overruled Roe, eliminating—for the first time—a fundamental constitutional right.
To mark Roe day, join Center staff and other reproductive rights experts as they discuss the current state of reproductive rights and what the future holds in a post-Roe world.
