This February 2024 follow-up report to the 2017 Issue Paper by the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights is intended to assist Council of Europe member states with their ongoing efforts to improve the enjoyment of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). The report highlights SRHR concerns and provides a concise overview of important recent developments in international human rights standards and international public health and technical guidelines.
