The Center for Reproductive Rights sent this complaint to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton requesting that his office investigate Woman to Woman Pregnancy Resource Center, a fake abortion clinic also known as a “crisis pregnancy center.”

The letter outlines how Woman to Woman obtained visitors’ sensitive personal health data in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and state common law.
