The case Hodes &amp, Nauser, MDs, P.A. et al. v. Robert Moser, M.D et al. challenges a recently-enacted regulatory scheme in Kansas that will prevent the provision of abortion services in any medical establishment not licensed as an abortion facility, even where prompt termination of pregnancy is needed to prevent serious harm to the woman’s health.

On December 2 2011, a Kansas state judge blocked enforcement of these regulations. The order is below.
