Rabia Muqaddam
Senior Staff Attorney
Rabia joined the Center in 2017 and assists with litigating reproductive rights cases in the United States.
Rabia previously worked as a litigation associate at Dechert LLP, where she worked on variety of matters, including prisoner civil rights and asylum. She also interned with the Honorable Shira Scheindlin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Rabia holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was a President of the Cornell Law Students for Reproductive Justice, an Online Editor for the Cornell Law Review, and a participant in the LGBT Clinical programs. She also holds a B.A. from Cornell University.
Rabia’s primary language is English, and she is also proficient in French.
