Noelle Williams
Senior Director, Institutional Partnerships
Noelle joined the Center for Reproductive Rights in 2020. As the Associate Director of Foundations, Noelle leads and manages the Center’s foundations fundraising program, which secures funding from over 35 foundations for both global and domestic programs. She has over a decade of experience in Development, with a particular focus on institutional fundraising. Prior to the Center, Noelle served as Associate Director for Development (Foundation Relations) for the International Women’s Health Coalition where she managed a donor portfolio that raised 70% of the organization’s revenue, and as the Officer for Corporate and Foundation Relations for Helen Keller International. Noelle also worked on the Development team at the Global Fund for Women and, before leaping into the international NGO sphere, she spent time working for Ms. Magazine. Noelle holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of Michigan and a master’s of Public Administration, specializing in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy, from New York University.
