Noelle Williams, Associate Director of Foundations
As the Associate Director of Foundations, Noelle leads and manages the Center’s foundations fundraising program, which secures funding from over 35 foundations. Noelle has over a decade of experience in Development, with a particular focus on institutional fundraising. She most recently served as Associate Director for Development (Foundation Relations) for the International Women's Health Coalition (IWHC) where she managed a donor portfolio that raised 70% of the organization's revenue. Prior to IWHC, she served as the Officer for Corporate and Foundation Relations for Helen Keller International and built relationships with a diverse group of corporate and foundation allies to raise funds for both global and domestic programs. Noelle also worked on the Development team at the Global Fund for Women and, before leaping into the international NGO sphere, she spent time working for Ms. magazine and the Feminist Majority Foundation.
Noelle has a bachelor’s in English from the University of Michigan and a master’s of Public Administration from New York University.
