Michelle joined the Center in 2018 and is a member of the U.S. Litigation team, litigating reproductive rights cases in the United States.
Michelle previously served as the General Counsel and Policy Lead at RubiconMD, a healthcare technology company that connects primary care providers to specialists. Prior to RubiconMD, she was a litigation associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she litigated a wide range of cases, including several pro bono matters involving domestic violence, human trafficking, and immigration. Michelle also clerked for Judge Michael Chagares of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Mark Wolf of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Michelle graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2011. She received her B.A. in Spanish and International Studies from Yale College in 2007.
Michelle is fluent in Spanish.
