Livia Donicova, Associate, Foundations
Livia joined the Center in early 2019 and provides support to the Foundations Team in stewarding foundation grant proposals, reports, and communications.
Before joining the Center, Livia was the Project Manager of the Center for Workforce Development and Diversity, part of the National Science Foundation’s Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) in Vermont. Here, she worked under the Basin Resilience to Extreme Events (BREE) grant where she managed the scholarship, undergraduate internship, high school and elementary education programs rooted in Lake Champlain water quality and stream health. Prior to this, Livia interned at the Cape Cod Commission with the Special Projects team where she assisted with multiple projects relating to the impact of development on Cape Cod’s waterways.
Livia is a graduate of the University of Vermont’s Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources where she earned a BS in Environmental Studies, concentrating in Policy and International Development. Her native language is Slovak.
