Jessica Sklarsky
Senior Staff Attorney
Jessica joined the Center in 2017 and assists with litigating reproductive rights cases in the United States.
Jessica previously served as an Asst. U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York where she was part of a special team investigating various European banks’ practices securitizing mortgages leading up to the 2008 financial crisis. Prior to her time at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Jessica was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she litigated a broad range of cases, and conducted significant pro bono work on behalf of prisoners deprived of adequate medical care and subjected to solitary confinement.
Jessica received her J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in economics and international relations.
