Claudia Moya Ortiz
Associate Director of Global Operations, Latin America & the Caribbean
Claudia joined the Center in 2014 as the Regional Office Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. She oversees administrative and financial operations of the Bogotá office regarding accounting records, document filing systems, annual local budget, relations with local vendors, human resources support, inventory management, travel arrangements and logistics for Center-sponsored events.
Claudia recently worked with F&,C Consultores S.A.S. in Bogotá as an administrative and finance manager. Prior to that, Claudia worked with Mineria Texas-Colombia S.A., also based in Bogotá, as a cost and budget manager, where she managed an annual budget of approximately $12 million.
Claudia graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá with a degree in business administration in 2008 and also completed a marketing management certification in 2010. Claudia is currently completing her MBA at Edinburgh Business School and has taught courses in microfinance, logistics and entrepreneurship.
Claudia is fluent in Spanish.
