Caitlin Gruer
Program Manager, Legal Strategies, Innovation, & Research
Caitlin joined the Center in 2022, and is responsible for ensuring operations functions, including program management, and the establishment and strengthening of systems and processes for the Legal Strategies, Innovation, and Research unit.
Caitlin joined the Center from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health where she was part of a small research team focused on issues related to adolescent and women’s health. Prior to that, she worked as a Program Manager for Plan International USA on the Water, Sanitation and Health team.
Caitlin received her BA from Vassar College in 2012, and her Master of Public Health from Columbia University in 2014.
