Beatrix Lu
U.S. Litigation Fellow
Beatrix joined the Center in 2023 as a U.S. Litigation Fellow and assists with all aspects of the Center’s litigation.
Before joining the Center, Beatrix worked as a litigation associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, where she maintained an active pro bono docket, including asylum and state court civil rights cases. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable Anita B. Brody in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Beatrix received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as a student advocate in the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic, an International Summer Human Rights Fellow, a Littleton Legal Writing Fellow, the Online Executive Editor of the Law Review, and the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law & Public Affairs. Beatrix graduated from the University of Southern California with Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Spanish.
