Amy Metzler Ritter is a retired attorney who practiced at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen in San Francisco and at Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. William B. Shubb, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.  While raising four children, she has served as an active community volunteer in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Other board memberships have included Marin FC and The Little School.  She is a founding member of Electing Women San Francisco and a member of the Campaign Steering Committee for The Bay School of San Francisco.  Ms. Ritter received a B.A. cum laude in History, with Distinction in the Major, from Yale University, where she was a member of the Yale Women’s Crew team.  Ms. Ritter earned a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  (San Francisco, CA)
