Alice Wang
Staff Attorney
Alice Wang joined the Center in 2019 and assists with all aspects of the Center’s U.S. litigation. She litigates reproductive rights cases in state and federal court, including Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which is pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. Alice’s other litigation work at the Center includes cases challenging abortion restrictions in Louisiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and North Dakota. Alice also contributes to the Center’s work on maternal health in the U.S.
Prior to joining the Center, Alice worked as a Staff Attorney at Brooklyn Defender Services’ Family Defense Practice, where she represented indigent parents charged with neglect and abuse. Alice received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she teaches Legal Practice Workshop to students enrolled in the gender and sexuality law 1L moot court program. She graduated from Amherst College summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science.
