CRR Europe – Photography Consent Notice

By providing your consent, you agree that the Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR) may photograph you at the Event and use those photographs as described below.

CRR and other parties acting on its behalf may use and license your photographic likeness, and your name, in all forms and media for marketing purposes, including sharing photos featuring you on CRR’s social media channels, and to further CRR’s mission, charitable activities, or commercial uses, including online, in print media and publications (the Permitted Purposes).

You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect, for example by sending an email to [email protected]. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice.

You agree that you have no special rights to the photographs and that CRR receives the usage rights within the scope of the above-mentioned Permitted Purposes. You also agree that no compensation will be given for the use of the photographs or the rights granted by this release.

By providing your consent, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and have the right to contract in your own name. You confirm that you have read this release and are fully familiar with its contents, including the applicable privacy notice, and agree that it will be binding on you, your heirs and assigns.

The terms of this release are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes relating to this release shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
