Jesalyn Ortiz

Jesalyn joined the Center in 2016 and is responsible for monitoring introduced state legislation affecting reproductive health and rights, conducting state legislative research, and assisting with developing advocacy tools and materials.

She returned to the Center after having interned with the U.S. Legal Program. Prior to that, she co-coordinated the Wesleyan Doula Project, which services abortion clinics in Connecticut.

Jesalyn received her BA from Wesleyan University.
