Anne Columbia is a seasoned corporate real estate strategist and founder of Columbia Group Realty Advisors, Inc., with over three decades of experience guiding companies through complex real estate decisions across economic cycles. She specializes in aligning real estate strategies with organizational culture and leadership vision, creating inspiring environments that enhance employee experience and business performance. Anne has led transactions exceeding $1.5 billion globally, serving clients in life sciences, green energy, FinTech, and more. Her advisory work often involves collaboration with C-suite executives and board members. Beyond her corporate achievements, Anne has held significant nonprofit leadership roles, including board chair at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts and governance positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum.
