Replay available! Center CEO Speaks at 2025 SXSW Conference
March 9 panel at the South by Southwest Conference discusses the importance of reproductive health care policies in attracting and retaining employees.
Watch the replay of “Reproductive Freedom: Good for Workers, Good for Business,” featuring Nancy Northup, Chelsea Clinton, and other business and policy leaders:
New research from the Institute for Women’s Policy Research shows that access to reproductive health care is playing an important role in employee recruitment and retention. In fact, most workers want reproductive health care access covered by their employers—and many are willing to move across state lines to get that coverage.
This research and more will be discussed at the “Reproductive Freedom: Good for Workers, Good for Business” panel—featuring Center for Reproductive Rights President and CEO Nancy Northup—at the South by Southwest Conference (SXSW) in Austin on March 9 at 11:30 a.m.
The session will discuss the evolving legal landscape, tools for companies to navigate the complex operating environment, and how local leaders are fighting to protect their constituents’ reproductive rights.

- Nancy Northup, President and CEO, Center for Reproductive Rights
