The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), led by Andrea Lucas, voted 2-1 to rescind guidance on workplace harassment. The guidance document described how harassment based on protected characteristics, including race, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, religion, age, and disability, is defined under federal law. Lucas cited President Trump’s anti-trans Executive Order to justify removing the guidance.
