The stakes have never been higher for U.S. abortion rights—and the Center for Reproductive Rights is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court on December 1 to defend those rights.
In Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the Court will review a Mississippi abortion ban—marking the first time since Roe v. Wade in 1973 that the Court will rule on the constitutionality of a pre-viability abortion ban.
