In this FOIA, we sought records and communications from the State Department to better understand the “America First Global Health Strategy.” We requested information pertaining to the scope, terms, and implementation of the “Health Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs),” signed by nearly 30 countries, including any conditions imposed on recipient countries relating to reproductive health services.
