InStyle named the Center’s Julie Rikelman, Litigation Director, to its Badass 50 list, which honors women who are making the world a better place. Rikelman earned the #2 spot for defending the right to abortion before the Supreme Court in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. InStyle quoted Rikelman on the significance of the case, saying, “As a mom, I know pregnancy has unique demands and life-altering consequences for families. It’s not the type of decision that the government should make for us.”
