In this FOIA request, we sought information regarding communication between HHS employees, including appointees, and the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC) and the office of Senator Josh Hawley. We also requested information about internal communications at HHS about the EPPC report on mifepristone and any decision to review mifepristone or the safety of mifepristone.
