The Center for Reproductive Rights signed onto a coalition comment letter expressing strong opposition to a proposed rule from the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office for Civil Rights that would weaken nondiscrimination protections for people with gender dysphoria. The comment focused on the wide-ranging harm to bodily autonomy that would result from the proposed rule.
