June 24 marked one year since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, bringing devastating consequences to people across the country. Multiple media outlets reported on the grim reality of a year without Roe, highlighting the chaos and instability that the decision has caused for doctors, patients, and their loved ones. Several Center leaders and plaintiffs—including President and CEO Nancy Northup, Interim Director of Litigation Autumn Katz, and Amanda Zurawski, lead plaintiff in Zurawski v. Texas—were interviewed.

And I hope to give some courage to other women to take similar action in their own states because we know that this is happening all over the country, and we need to fight back.”
