Department of Justice fires prosecutors who protected abortion clinics
- Executive Actions
The Department of Justice (DOJ) fired several U.S. Attorneys who prosecuted anti-abortion extremists for attacking clinics. President Trump pardoned these extremists last year despite convictions for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. Some of the offenses committed include breaking into clinics, stealing fetal tissue, and accosting pregnant patients. Read our full statement here.
