Nancy Northup was interviewed by MSNBC’s Ali Velshi about the retirement of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. Northup calls Breyer a “great champion” of reproductive rights who has authored many critical abortion rights decisions. As the Supreme Court weighs the future of Roe v. Wade, she explains the importance of Justice Breyer’s replacement, stating that “to have someone who really reflects the experiences that women have is really important.”
