Answers to Common Questions About Abortion Access
With the Supreme Court considering overturning or weakening Roe v. Wade before the end of its 2022 session, The New York Times published an article that answers common questions about abortion access. The Center’s research was cited stating that 25 states are likely to ban abortion in answer to the question “Where would abortion become illegal if Roe is overturned?” Other questions include “What are trigger laws? And which states have them?” and “Is abortion illegal now? Or might it be soon?”
