Mississippi Explains All on Abortion
In her opinion piece for the New York Times, Linda Greenhouse argues that Mississippi’s brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is not about persuading the justices to uphold Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban and overturn Roe v. Wade. The Center is challenging Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban in Dobbs. Oral arguments are scheduled for December 1, 2021.
