Law School Initiative Holds Gathering at Ole Miss
Today, the Center’s Law School Initiative held its final regional gathering at the University of Mississippi. The roundtable engaged professors and scholars from law schools in the American South in a conversation about the unique challenges they face when teaching and writing about reproductive rights.
Past roundtables in Boston, New York, and Denver have generated promising ideas for how to improve the way reproductive rights are taught in U.S. law schools. This is a critical issue for the Law School Initiative, which seeks to stimulate cutting-edge legal scholarship on reproductive rights and train future lawyers, judges, and academics to think about reproductive health in the human rights framework.
