The suit was brought by the Center for Reproductive Rights on behalf of four doctors challenging the constitutionality of the “Partial Birth Abortion Act of 2003” signed into law by President George W. Bush on November 5, 2003.This will be the last decision in three challenges to the federal abortion ban.
