On Wednesday, March 4, the Center for Reproductive Rights will present arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court in June Medical Services v. Russo (formerly June Medical Services v. Gee)—a case that could shape the future of abortion rights across the country.
Please join us and thousands of our allies for a rally at the U.S. Supreme Court to show your support for abortion access! We must make our voices heard and combat the ongoing assault on abortion rights and access across the country.

About the case:
In June Medical, the Center is challenging a Louisiana law that is identical to a Texas law declared unconstitutional in 2016 in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt, a case also brought by the Center. The Louisiana law would decimate abortion access in the state and embolden other states to pass more laws restricting abortion care.
