Inside Mississippi’s Last Abortion Clinic as Supreme Court Battle Looms
ABC News traveled to Jackson, Mississippi to see what the battle for abortion access looked like on the ground at the state’s last remaining clinic. The Center is representing the clinic, as known as the Pink House, in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a case challenging a Mississippi law that bans abortion at 15 weeks of pregnancy. Shannon Brewer, the director of Jackson Women’s Health, commented in the segment, “Now you have safe, legal abortion. . . You’re going to throw that away and have unsafe, illegal abortions?”
