Georgia Says A Fetus Is A Person. The Implications Are Terrifying.

Alice Wang, staff attorney at the Center and a litigator in the case challenging the Gerogia law, said, “It is unclear how the personhood provision might be applied, and this lack of clarity is by design: It invites arbitrary and aggressive enforcement by prosecutors and creates a climate of fear and confusion.”
